Why can't I submit payment online?

We take pride in our customer care. Before any payment is submitted, we review the orders product availability and pricing to inform you of any back orders, changes per the manufacturer, and price changes. In a nutshell, your CC will NOT be charged until we speak with you.

Is Net 30 payment an option?

Yes. Either call or email us before you place your first order or select it in the payment phase when you check out. All Net 30 payment options are subject to approval based on our own discretion. *You must be up to date with all previous invoices before you may place another order.

Do we offer tax exemptions?

Yes we do! Call or email us to submit your tax free request.

How can you request a quote?

We have two methods for quote requests:

  • Contact us via phone, fax, or email
  • Select "Request Quote" as your payment method then, "complete" the order
  1. First, fill your cart with all items and quantities desired
  2. Enter any reference numbers or instructions in the note section of your cart page
  3. "Check Out" and select "Request Quote" as your payment method
  4. You'll receive an email confirmation at the time of your "order"
  5. We will send you a quote within 24 hours

Do we offer special pricing?

Yes! All bulk-orders are subject to discounts. Give us a call or fill your cart and add a note to the order that you'd like special pricing. 

Why did the product price change?

We may automatically apply discounts to sale items and bulk orders which may decrease the total of your order. We may increase the cost for individual items based on the manufacturer's discretion. We will inform you if the price increases before we process the order.

Why was my order placed on HOLD?

We will always do our best to contact you when your order is held. There are a few reasons for this instance:

  •  There is a PAST DUE balance on your account
  •  There is a back-order in our warehouse or with the manufacturer
  •  The manufacturer has discontinued or drastically changed the product

When will my order ship and is tracking available?

Your order will be processed within 24 hours during our business hours. We will contact you within that time if there are any back orders or delays. All orders ship via UPS Ground from our warehouse. Drop Shipped items ship via FedEx from another location. Express shipping is available upon request at an increased rate.

Why was no shipping method available?

We require a $100 minimum on all orders. All orders ship via UPS Ground from our warehouse. Drop Shipped items ship via FedEx from another location. Express shipping is available upon request.

Where do we ship?

We service the continental U.S. and do not offer international shipping. Call us for more information. 

How is shipping calculated?

We typically charge 15% shipping on all orders below $1000. However, you'll find the more you order, the less your shipping costs.

Order Discrepancies

You have 30 business days from the date the order was placed to dispute your order. Refunds and Exchanges are granted per the discretion of Davis Distributors, Inc. unless there is a blatant error with the order due to our negligence.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

You have 30 business days from the date of delivery to request a return, refund or exchange.

We do our best to provide all product specifications to satisfy your businesses needs and restrictions upon request before you place your order. If you are not satisfied upon receipt of your order, contact us so we may offer the best solution.

In return, we ask you perform due diligence when selecting products and placing orders. We appreciate your "21 Questions" when the result is a successful order and a happy customer!

Returns: You may return your un-used products 

Refunds: Upon receipt of your un-used goods, we will issue a partial refund, excluding freight (FRT), to the method of payment used or by check. You must pay return shipping unless there is a blatant error with the order due to our negligence. Some products may require an additional restocking fee.

If your order has not shipped yet, you will receive a full refund for the amount you were billed.

Exchanges: We will exchange most items upon receipt of un-used goods unless stated "Final Sale." You must pay return shipping unless there is a blatant error with the order due to our negligence. Some products may require an additional restocking fee.

If the exchange is of greater value than originally billed, the difference will be added to your invoice with a payment due date of 30 days upon receipt of your shipment. If it is of lesser value, you will receive a store credit for the remainder. Contact us if this does not satisfy your needs.

 You will be charged S/H unless exchange is due to our negligence.

 

Artwork may vary based on the manufacturers discretion. We will contact you if there are any material or part changes to ensure your satisfaction.
